Charleston, SC — Resonetics, a leading provider of advanced manufacturing solutions for the medical device industry, has announced the acquisition of select manufacturing equipment and related IP from Med-Ally. This strategic transaction formalizes a partnership between the two organizations, enabling Resonetics to further its goal to provide an integrated solution for its neuromodulation customers while continuing to support Med-Ally’s current and future production and New Product Development (NPD) needs. For Med-Ally, and its current and future customers, this deal enhances scalability, operational resilience, and supply continuity while maintaining the quality, process control, and regulatory rigor required for advanced medical technologies.
Partnering with Resonetics allows Med-Ally to continue leveraging established manufacturing capabilities while focusing on research, new product development, and system innovation through a trusted, experienced organization. This model supports Med-Ally’s Research and New Product Development and growth strategy while ensuring focus, continuity, efficiency, and access to advanced expertise as it scales up its VersaStim Technologies designs and maintains its leadership in Implantable Pulse Generators System and Lead innovation.
